The Western Cape Of South Africa Is Experiencing A Real Estate Boom
Over the past decade, the Western Cape of South Africa has experienced significant real estate growth that registers on a global scale. This is higher than sixteen other major countries and has established South Africa as a solid force in the international real estate market. The semi-private beach here is one of the nicest for sunbathing on the Western Cape of South Africa.
Downtown Cape Town itself is a whole other world of neighborhoods and residential real estate. Here you will find the Newlands, an upscale suburb for families at the base of Table Mountain. The Newlands is best known in the Western Cape of South Africa for its rugby, because the Newlands stadium is located here. Perhaps the trendiest neighborhood in Cape Town is De Waterkant. This is the area closest to the business district of Cape Town, so many young professional live here.
Further inland, there are many properties available in the Wine region and the Garden Route of the Western Cape of South Africa. Here, home buyers can choose from historic Cape Dutch homes or more modern properties in this picturesque and beautiful valley close to Cape Town.
